Abstract The leadership roles demand impressive communication skills for the political existence of a women representative of local self-government. The everyday communicative actions of a woman leader often received with a stereotypical gender perspective. Irrespective of the content and clarity, the mode of communication, the context, the medium, and the presentation of the self were collaborating in its reception. The verbal and nonverbal gestures, including appearance in terms of dress, accessories, and style, take roles in presenting the self in a communicational context .The study observes how gender plays in the communicational initiatives of a Woman leader in terms of the choice of medium, time, space, and personal appearance. The communicational efforts of the local women leadership for participation and interaction in the activities to sustain their roles and responsibilities define the gender alternatives of communicative action. The study analyses the conscious attempts of verbal and nonverbal expressions of thought as well as the appearance and presentation of public interactions of women leaders. The study explores the communication habits in defining the gender and social roles of women in leadership.

Abstract This study investigates the impact of liquidity and solvency on the financial performance of selected automobile companies for a period from 2015 to 2024. The sample includes the top eight automobile companies in India ranked by market capitalization and listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The data were analyzed using Correlation and multiple linear regression. The study found that liquidity ratios and solvency ratios are correlated with financial performance (ROA). Notably, the Shareholders’ Equity Ratio (ER) exhibits a significant positive correlation with Return on Asset (ROA) and the Debt-Equity Ratio (DER) showed a strong negative correlation with ROA, indicating that higher leverage diminishes financial performance. The result of regression analysis indicated that solvency ratios significantly influence financial performance, specifically, Shareholders’ Equity Ratio (ER) showing a strong effect on ROA. This study provides valuable insights for investors, policymakers, and other stakeholders regarding the financial health of companies.

Abstract This study provides a complete webometric analysis of the official websites of various All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) institutions around India. The research takes a descriptive, quantitative, and comparative approach to assessing important online interaction performance indicators, using secondary data from platforms such as SimilarWeb and visualized in Flourish Studio. These include user demographics, device usage, average visit duration, bounce rate, as well as global and national web rankings. The findings show that while AIIMS New Delhi has a strong global presence and user engagement, new and regionally based AIIMS branches lag significantly behind in visibility and user engagement. The mobile-dominated access trend underscores the need for improved mobile responsiveness. Demographic insights show a user base primarily in the 18 to 34 age group, with some institutions seeing significant engagement from older adults. Gender-wise analysis highlights a predominantly male audience, although some institutions show more inclusive gender ratios. The study concludes with strategic recommendations for improving digital accessibility through mobile optimization, inclusive content design, and international visibility enhancement.

Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the world of work, changing not only job roles but also the skills people need to stay employable and grow in their careers. This study explores how today’s workforce views the importance of technical skills versus soft skills in the age of AI. To gather insights, we surveyed 100 employees from different industries in Coimbatore where AI is already part of their daily work. The results, analyzed using simple percentages and ranking methods in Microsoft Excel, show that while technical abilities like data literacy, programming, and AI tool usage are highly valued, soft skills such as adaptability, communication, and critical thinking remain equally essential for long-term career success. Respondents largely preferred a balanced skill set often described as “T-shaped” combining deep technical expertise with broad human-centered capabilities. At the same time, factors such as high costs, lack of time, and limited training opportunities continue to make upskilling difficult. The study underlines the importance of joint efforts between employers, educators, and policymakers to create affordable and inclusive learning opportunities, helping workers remain adaptable, resilient, and prepared for an AI-driven future.

Abstract Every organization has a story of aspiration, tenacity, and creativity. These little businesses are powerful in their own right because of all of this. The ways in which these Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) foster their passion, provide employment, and propel growth are astounding. MSMEs and entrepreneurship are crucial drivers of economic growth, contributing significantly to GDP, job creation, and innovation. While the MSME sector faces obstacles like restricted access to capital and markets, a conclusion on the subject emphasizes that improving market access, formalization, and sustainable practices, as well as strengthening policy interventions, are essential to maximizing the sector's potential and guaranteeing long-term economic growth and national competitiveness.

Abstract Adjustment patterns play a significant role in shaping the professional competence of prospective teachers. This study examines how adjustment patterns encompassing academic, social, emotional, and vocational dimensions predict teaching effectiveness, creativity in pedagogy, and social commitment among trainee teachers. Well-adjusted teachers are better equipped to manage classroom stress, employ innovative teaching strategies, and demonstrate empathy and social responsibility, whereas maladjustment can lead to reduced instructional quality, diminished creativity, and limited engagement with students and the community. The study emphasizes the importance of integrating adjustment-focused training, psychological counseling, resilience-building workshops, and mentorship programs into teacher education to promote holistic development. Furthermore, it highlights the need for future empirical research to measure the predictive strength of adjustment patterns on various teaching outcomes, thereby informing strategies to develop effective, creative, and socially responsible educators for the 21st century.

Abstract Cancer remains a significant global health burden, claiming millions of lives annually due to delayed or inaccurate diagnoses. Traditional diagnostic approaches often struggle with consistency and speed, creating an urgent need for automated solutions. In this research, we investigated how deep learning techniques could revolutionize cancer detection across multiple imaging modalities. Our study focused on developing and comparing two distinct approaches: custom-designed Convolutional Neural Networks and transfer learning using the ResNet50 architecture. We assembled datasets representing three critical cancer types: skin lesions from the HAM10000 collection, lung adenocarcinoma histopathological samples, and brain tumour CT scans. Through careful preprocessing and strategic data augmentation, we created robust training environments for both model types. Our experiments show surprising results - while conventional wisdom suggests that sophisticated pre-trained models should outperform simpler architectures, our custom CNN consistently achieved 99% accuracy across all cancer types, significantly outpacing ResNet50's 80% accuracy on skin cancer classification. These findings challenge existing assumptions about the effectiveness of transfer learning in medical imaging and demonstrate that thoughtfully designed, task-specific architectures can deliver exceptional diagnostic performance. The implications extend beyond accuracy metrics, suggesting practical pathways for implementing AI-assisted diagnosis in clinical settings where speed, reliability, and computational efficiency are paramount.
